This hotel is in the perfect location of the historic district. You can walk everywhere or take the Hop on Hop Off bus to see further highlights. The hotel room was immaculate and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and good.

Vacation in Vienna. Family run hotel. Great breakfast, very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms clean, roomy . Hotel was within handy walking distance for most of the tourist hot spots . Local restaurants and cafes excellent. Would visit again.
Excellent location in the heart of Vienna and very clean air conditioned rooms. Very quiet even though breakfast seemed quite busy. There is a great assortment of hot and cold food including eggs, sausages, excellent breads, croissants, fresh fruit, coffee and excellent service. I only wish they had a coffee machine in the rooms and a true queen or king bed.

There are so many things to love about Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth. The location could not be better. It is right in the middle of the center but my room was so quiet! It is also very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious. The wifi is fast. So glad I chose to stay here. It really made my time in Vienna very special.
